Our voluntary return window is 60 calendar days after delivery for eligible unused items. Contact us before sending a return. Product-specific exclusions must be disclosed before purchase; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return shipping cost. For incorrect, damaged or non-conforming goods, contact us for an appropriate remedy and shipping arrangements without limiting mandatory rights.

For voluntary returns, after receipt and inspection we normally initiate an approved refund within 5–7 business days. Payment-provider posting time is additional. Any earlier statutory refund deadline takes precedence. Refund arrangements follow the original payment method where possible; contact us for cash-on-delivery refunds.
